EQ Innovation Lab is a brave space for empathic innovators and facilitators learning from one another & making a living from their passion to make a positive impact in the world
A brave space is a place where participants are free to be their authentic themselves and vulnerable enough to grow and develop according to their needs and desires. The prerequisite for a brave space is a safe space. We build a safe container and then allow/encourage our innovators to stretch themselves - to get out of their comfort zone.
Our online community is a unique platform away from the noise of social media to create a more purposeful psychologically safe space where we can speak about our personal & professional challenges with empathy & emotional intelligence.
