Alejandro Reyes Alpízar
ALEJANDRO
…is an Emotional Intelligence EQ Trainer & Workshop Facilitator, Specialist in Human Rights & Peace Education. He collaborates with multiple organizations, migrant entrepreneurs and other vulnerable populations on topics of diversity and inclusion by using empathy, dialogue and strengthening their support networks.
By using Peace Education Methodologies he supports organizations & individuals to think about the big picture while being conscious about the feelings and facts they are observing now around them.
Jennifer Paulette Valladares Salgado
Jennifer
…is a professor at the National Autonomous University of Honduras, in the faculty of economic sciences, in the area of business administration, facilitator in the learning and growth processes of local entrepreneurs.
She uses different pedagogical methodologies to develop leadership and emotional intelligence competencies. She supports organizations and individuals to expand their skills and know how to grow their businesses and to create an environment that facilitates economies of scale and to strengthen the value chain of their products and services.
